#14 Interview with Krzysztof Piech —Professor at Lazarski University

In this episode, Krzysztof Piech joins the Cryptocurrencyteens podcast to talk about his experience as a professor of finance and blockchain technology, give advice to teens interested in getting into the crypto industry, and explain his role as director of the third Blockchain Technology Center.

Krzysztof is a macroeconomist specialising in financial crises and innovations. He is a professor at Lazarski University in Warsaw, Poland and is a director of the third Blockchain Technology Center in Europe. He was the head of advisors to the Polish government on blockchain and cryptocurrencies and is an advisor to several blockchain startups. He’s been in crypto since 2013 and first wrote about Bitcoin in one of his books as early as 2011. His son, Alex, who is 13 year old, is a crypto investor, too. He first used bitcoin while paying for an apple juice 7 years ago.
